Apache Synapse now a TLP

Last week it was announced that we became a Top Level Project at Apache. The actual decision was made by the board back in December but we wanted to wait until the new website was in place.

So now we are http://synapse.apache.org. We also released 1.1.1 with a bunch of fixes and new features.
